Room descriptions are misleading—don't expect accurate balcony views or room sizes!!! Boot warmers need urgent repairs—they hardly work!!! The tiny, dark spa doesn't provide a relaxing atmosphere!!! Poor menu options leave much to be desired!!!

The suite we stayed in was beautifully appointed and offered great amenities for our ski holiday. The real coffee available at breakfast elevated our mornings I loved the convenient ski room, which made it easy to store and access our equipment in the bustling winter months.
